Dr. Linda Herrmann is a Clinical Associate Professor, New York University College of Nursing, New York, NY. Dr. Hermann’s expertise is in acute neurological injury in older adults, specifically traumatic brain injury. Findings from her work propose provocative insights into the factors contributing to the recovery of older adults following traumatic brain injury. These findings offer new knowledge to geriatric trauma with implications affecting clinical management, outcomes, and health care policy. She was awarded the Hartford Faculty Scholar- Policy Leadership Institute John A. Hartford Foundation Pre-Doctoral Scholarship.
