As a Senior Principal at Accenture, I bring over 20 years of healthcare leadership at the intersection of clinical practice, health policy, and technology innovation. I partner with clients across public and private sectors to drive transformative change—enhancing care quality, streamlining operations, and advancing workforce strategies tailored to evolving health system needs. With deep expertise spanning nursing, behavioral health, public health, and policy, I lead the design and execution of evidence-based strategies that improve outcomes and address population health priorities.
Prior to joining Accenture, I served as a Senior Advisor and Senior Federal Nurse Executive at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services within the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). There, I led a $650 million national portfolio focused on nursing and behavioral health workforce policy, development, and implementation. I spearheaded strategic initiatives to combat workforce shortages, expand access to community-based care, and build resilient, sustainable healthcare infrastructure. Additionally, I provided senior operational guidance for HRSA’s Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW) broader $1.79 billion annual appropriation, ensuring alignment with national health priorities. As a practicing nurse practitioner, I bring ongoing clinical insight to my work, combined with extensive federal leadership experience and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in executing large-scale quality, operational, and performance improvement initiatives.
