Christina J Calamaro, PhD, PPCNP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP is Director of Research for Nursing and Allied Health at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Associate Professor at the Nell Woodruff Hodgson School of Nursing at Emory University. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988, doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in 2005 and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine’s Center for Sleep and Respiratory Neurobiology, in 2007. For over 25 years, Dr. Calamaro had been a certified family nurse practitioner and certified pediatric nurse practitioner and has maintained a clinical practice in a pediatric primary care setting.
