Christie Ehle Erickson DNP, APRN, CNP, FAANP
Dr. Christie Erickson, Essentia Health APRN/PA Director, is a leader who has developed innovative models in NP education and practice. She developed the Transition to Practice Program and a rural NP residency to support new NPs. She founded two community clinics for high risk youth. The first NP/PA Council for her three state health system was formed as a result of her leadership. She was appointed to the first formal NP leadership position in her health system with a focus on optimizing practice and continues to develop innovative programs to enhance and expand NP practice.
