Janice Lee Wilson DNP, NNP-BC, C-ELBW, FAANP
Dr. Janice (Jan) Wilson is the Neonatal Specialty Director at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, co-administrator of the NICU and a Full-Term Nursery NP in a level III institution. She was a pioneer in the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) role in the state of Maryland has been the role model for NNP practice in the region. She also established the first cadre of NNP staff in a Level III Baltimore NICU and developed one of the earliest NNP competency-based practices.
