Janice M Miller DNP, AGPCNP-BC, FAANP
Janice M. Miller, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, FAANP is an Associate Professor and Director of the DNP Program at Jefferson College of Nursing, in Philadelphia. She is a Health Policy Fellow of the AACN since 2015, and the recipient of the AANP 2020 Advocate State Award for Excellence. Dr. Miller is engaged with Pennsylvania’s activities for Full Practice Authority legislation and has received funding to study means to inform the legislation. As a NP and diabetes educator, she championed quality improvement initiatives such as transforming an Internal Medical practice to a Level III Patient Centered Medical Home and developing novel care delivery systems. She serves on state and national committees that improve health care quality and advocate for top of license practice. Dr. Miller served on the 2022-2023 Health Committee of Pennsylvania's Governor Elect Josh Shapiro.
