Dr. Angela Richard-Eaglin, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, FAANP, CDE, FADLN, FAAN is the Sr. Associate Dean & Chief of Clinical and Academic Education at Morehouse School of Medicine, Division of Graduate Nursing. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a champion for faciliatating cultural intelligence (CQ) and endorsing the humanitarian ethos within organizations, healthcare institutions, and institutions of higher learning. Her nursing career spans 30+ years, all of which has been dedicated to advancing equity among vulnerable, underrepresented, marginalized, stigmatized, and financially disadvantaged populations. As a perpetual advocate in incessant pursuit of sustainable health equity initiatives, she became a Certified Professional Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias Facilitator and Coach and a Certified Diversity Executive. Because of her assiduous commitment to health justice, social justice, and organizational cultural excellence, Dr. Richard-Eaglin develops and facilitates customized CQ workshops for all departments and across disciplines of academic and health care institutions. The guiding principles for her unrelenting commitment to advocacy and activism are humanitarianism and egalitarianism. Dr. Richard-Eaglin is a globally recognized leader for her dedication to and support of initiatives aimed at cultivating environments that authentically embrace differences and embody inclusive excellence.
