Quyen To Phan DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, FAAN, FAANP
Dr. Phan is an associate clinical professor at Emory University's School of Nursing. She is the principal investigator/project director of two HRSA-funded grants totaling eight million dollars that focus on expanding health care to underserved and rural populations, training NP students through an APRN-led mobile health program, and preparing APRNs in eight states in the Southeast for the role of clinical instructors and preceptors in underserved and rural areas. Dr. Phan co-founded a charitable care clinic serving uninsured, low-income patients that has served thousands of patients over the last 12 years. She has received the Jan Van de Verde Award for Outstanding Nursing Educator from the Georgia Association of Nurse Educators and the Healthcare Hero Award from the Vietnamese American Healthcare Professional Association of GA. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
